3.)  Member overnight parking on the premises is only permissible under the following conditions:

a.          a.)  When staying overnight on the member’s vessel in a wet slip.

b.         b.)  When taking the member’s vessel from either wet or dry storage for overnight cruising.

c.         c.)  When accompanying another member who has taken his/her vessel from either wet or dry storage for overnight cruising.

d.         d.)  When going out for overnight cruising, the member’s guests may park on the premises provided notification is given to the Manager, including the member’s name and the guest’s name, make and year of vehicle and the license plate number.

e.          e.)  When cruising for an extended period up to six  (6) weeks.

NOTE:  Whenever a member is leaving a motor vehicle on the premises while cruising, the member must notify the Manager and leave a set of keys to the vehicle with the Manager so that the vehicle may be moved if this becomes necessary for any reason.

4.)  Overnight parking on the premises by visiting yachtsmen is allowed under the following conditions:

a.          a.)  Upon providing evidence of membership in another Yacht Club, a visiting yachtsman who has registered a vessel at anchor in the vicinity of the Club may apply to the Manager to bring a motor vehicle (excluding recreational vehicles) onto the premises for a period not to exceed five (5) days.  A charge of $2.50 per day shall be assessed the visiting yachtsman for this service.

b.          b.)  Visiting yachtsmen who desire to exceed the allowable period of parking/storage for motor vehicles may request, in writing to the Rear Commodore, an exception to the above limit of five days.  This request must set forth the reason for the extended stay, the date the extension starts, and the anticipated date when the vehicle will leave the premises of the Club. The per-day charge will still apply.

5.)  Overnight parking of vehicles and recreational vehicles may be allowed for out-of-area participants of regattas conducted by the Club.  Visiting sailors desiring to utilize this service must complete a registration form available at the Club Office.

6.)  Vehicles used solely for the purpose of launching and retrieving trailer stored vessels may not be left at the Club when not being used for this purpose.

7.)  Following the launching of a trailered vessel, the trailer must be returned to its assigned space and unhooked from the vehicle.  The vehicle must be parked in an approved parking space.
